Birchover Sales and Lettings – Derbyshire Bus Advertising

The title of ‘Campaign of the Month Winner’ in November goes to Birchover Sales and Lettings!

Originally looking at the local buses to Derby, Birchover looked over the areas covered across Derbyshire and selected a route which fitted perfectly with the areas they were looking to target. They took a Single Deck Mega Rear advert on the Trans-Peak bus route, operated by High Peak Buses, for a 12-month duration. This bus travels from Manchester to Derby city centre via Buxton, Bakewell, Matlock and Belper. This route was particularly important as it passes right by their Merebrook site in Whatstandwell; Exclusive Riverside Living.

Mega Rears offer huge visibility and really stand out courtesy of their bold artwork. They are unavoidable to both drivers and pedestrians alike, and are commonly referred to as a ‘second shop window’. Bus advertising is an excellent way to take a message out to local people and this advert really looks great!

Describing itself as a new ‘new breed’ of estate agency with excellent expertise in property and customer service, whether you are looking to sell, rent, buy or rent a property out, Birchover offer a fantastic support team to make sure everything is completed to a high standard. Their leadership team have a great deal of knowledge within the property market and aim to offer the best advice, services and care on the market.

Although Birchover Sales and Lettings are a relatively new name in the Derby area, they have been well known locally for their luxury residence hotel business, Merebrook Riverside Living, which is located in the heart of the Derwent Valley. Family owned since 1972, Merebrook aims to be a location of choice with its beautiful surroundings and local attractions. For more information on the homes they have to offer, please click here.

Thinking About Bus Advertising?

Buses are on the road between 10 and 18 hours a day, up to seven days a week. That’s a lot of time that your brand or event could be getting in front of your target audience! As well as being in town and city centres, buses also take to the residential areas, increasing the viewing further. We even have some buses that do more rural routes, which suits some of our clients and their needs.

With bus advertising, you’re not relying on a prospective customer to buy a form of print media and to turn the page onto your particular advert. You’re not relying on them having the radio or TV on at just the right time to catch your advert.

The only thing you have to rely on is us, Adverta, to look after your marketing needs from start to finish and we have decades of experience in doing so.
