Pure Properties

Pure Properties Ltd, based in Coventry, has recently become a first-time client of Adverta. Taking out a super rear bus advert to run around the centre of Coventry via Central Buses, they had previously tried newspaper advertising as well as a poster on a static van around the area and were unsure if to give bus advertising a try or not. With a set budget for marketing each month, Pure Properties were surprised at the affordable cost of the bespoke package we put together for them, which included the design of their advert and maintenance throughout the 12-month campaign. Having met with Amy, one of Adverta’s local Account Managers for the West Midlands, discussions were held to ensure we gained a full understanding of their marketing needs and then the order was placed. 

Katie Harris, Sales Negotiator and Lettings Manager, told Adverta “We decided to give bus advertising a try, based on the cost and the opportunity to try something new. We decided to try a super rear panel due to the landscape nature of the product fitting our branding perfectly!”

A week after being initially sent to design, the artwork had been tweaked to their satisfaction and was approved for print, before going live on the roads shortly before Christmas.

Katie told us: “While it’s too early to gauge any measurable results, the bus advert certainly gets our brand out there, especially in areas where we don’t currently advertise. The area our advert covers is fantastic for us, along with being able to have a hand in the design element. Working with Adverta was quick, easy and efficient.
