Nottingham City Transport gets ‘Pudsey-ed’ to show their Support for Children in Need

Nottingham City Transport, once again, has ‘out-patched’ themselves with their very own Pudsey Bus in order to support Children in Need. The Pudsey Bus was launched earlier this week and can be seen on the Yellow Line between Nottingham, Basford and Bulwell. Pudsey himself even came to ride the bus to raise awareness for their Appeal Day on the 18th November!

NCT are very proud to be supporting such a worthy cause and will be encouraging all members of staff to ‘go yellow’ on Appeal Day. And that’s not all! They will also be donating all the money taken on the Pudsey Bus from Appeal day to the charity. We love you guys!

Children in Need

Children in Need are a BBC corporate charity that aims to improve the lives of children all across the country. Their vision is to see every child have a childhood that is safe, happy and secure, whilst allowing them to fulfil their potential.

Thanks to the support of the public, Children in Need are able to support 2,400 projects in the UK. Since the first major appeal in 1980, the charity has raised over 840 million; all of which has gone towards helping disadvantaged children across the country.

In the last year alone, Children in Need has been able to help change the lives of 480,000 disadvantaged children; none of which would have been possible without the help and support of you. Thank you!
