This month’s bus advertising Campaign of the Month goes to Quantum Care and their Mega Rear advert on Centrebus Luton/Dunstable.
Quantum Care is a non-profit care home provider for the elderly in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. They offer a variety of care plans including day-time relief, care following a hospital admission and permanent residential care. Offering a service that is individual to each person, they call this initiative the ‘rhythm of life’; after all, not everyone’s heart beats the same.
For their bus advertising campaign, Quantum Care chose to promote Dukeminster Court, which has just won the Best New Care Home Pinders Design Award. To launch the promotion, the staff and residents were shown the bus display and, much to the residents’ delight, given a spur of the moment trip around Dunstable.

Mega Rears offer a strong presence and have been described as a ‘second shop window’. Teamed with the fact they offer extended dwelling time to both vehicular and pedestrian audiences alike, they are unavoidable to the eye and almost guaranteed to make an impact.
